Vitali ,Graham and their team were a pleasure to deal with -From the start they are extremely professional with great communication skills and an attention to detail. We worked with New Space from abroad but the team kept us informed throughout the project - making the job very easy for us.

We recently employed the services of New Space Limited to carry out a loft conversion on our property in Chiswick. We found Graham, Vitali and their team to be pleasant and professional to deal with throughout the project. The work carried out was to a high standard and we are very pleased with the result.

We asked New Space to build our new loft conversion and undertake a number if additional changes to our house, such as a new bathroom. Throughout our build, the teams were courteous, efficient and friendly. We continued to live in the house while the work took place and they were always mindful of this, together with the challenge of our two small children living on site as well as the adults. Graham and Vitali were always on hand to solve problems that arose, discuss next steps and help with decisions, and were happy to meet in the evenings when the pressures of day to day life meant these were the only times to get together."

In 2008 New Space carried out a loft conversion for us, which included a hip-to-gable extension and a dormer conversion. They also replaced all our roof tiles. The loft conversion consists of a master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and wet room.

The initial stages of design and planning went very smoothly.

In addition to doing a good job, the workers employed were all polite and tidy.

Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend New Space, or indeed use them again ourselves.
